The Half Day Snowkite Lesson is geared for those with solid skiing or snowboarding skills, possibly some kiting experience and the desire to get the basic fundamentals of snowkiting so they can continue to learn safely on their own. We cover a lot of information in a short amount of time and then get to flying the kite. By the end of the lesson you will understand the safety systems on a snowkite, how to set up, launch and land, and evaluate safe kiting conditions.
The Half Day Snowkite Lesson lasts around 3 hours and includes use of kites and harnesses. Topics covered during the lesson include:
